By signing up and actively using the
silvester-mails.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
silvester-mails.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will
be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary
contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with
silvester-mails.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the
silvester-mails.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by
local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing
silvester-mails.com account.
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
silvester-mails.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use
your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by
silvester-mails.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any
solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving
credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with
silvester-mails.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from
silvester-mails.com. There is no limit of how much mails you will recieve.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from
silvester-mails.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
If your account get terminated, you understand that you will not be paid the amount that is in your account if

By becoming a member of silvester-mails.com, you agree to receive English Test in the form of admin messages. If you fail 2 english test your account will be suspended. You can request that your account back, ONLY ONCE!
Effective 31/10/09: University IP addresses will not be allowed unless the member can provide proof that they are indeed accessing from a university. Proxies are not permitted at silvester-mails.com. This includes sites like SoftLayer and SharkTech that provide proxy services. Any account with a log in from "VPLS" will be suspended as it is being used as a proxy. As they are found, the IPs will be permanently banned. Corporate IPs are also not allowed as these are typically proxies. Should a corporate IP be found to be a legitimate ISP service, the IP will be allowed. Corporate, university, web hosting (with no ISP services) and proxy IPs will be banned as they are discovered.
Br>Effective 31/10/09: The embedded browser bsalsa is not allowed due to it's proven ability to turn a browser into a bot. If you are using bsalsa, please do not use it at silvester-mails.com. Accounts found to be using bsalsa will be suspended without payment if usage continues beyond this date.
Actions that are not allowed:
You are NOT allowed to use any bot or software to access the site, signup or click on any advertisers site.
You must abide by all the terms outline here, if your caught breaking any, your account will either be suspended or terminated.
By signing up for membership at silvester-mails.com you agree that you can read and understand english language. If can read and understand english, please save me and you the trouble by not signing up.
You are not allowed to have multiple account are give false information
Your username should not contain any verbal or indescent language. If your caught having any of the above, your account will be terminated immediately without any notice or payment.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and
silvester-mails.com
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship
between you and
silvester-mails.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
silvester-mails.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
silvester-mails.com
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or
silvester-mails.com
program, even if
silvester-mails.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
silvester-mails.com
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
MEMBERS WILL BE PAID ONCE EVERY MONTH THROUGH MASS PAY VIA PAYPAL. Your request for payment must not exceed $10. Payments will be done using paypal and by alertpay when the funds are available.
silvester-mails.com reserves the right hold any payment for members who have been caught using bot, give false information, for example, country and address.
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails, completing offers, play games and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
silvester-mails.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the
silvester-mails.com
program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by
silvester-mails.com.
silvester-mails.com
will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by
silvester-mails.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 1 week (usually withing 48hrs) or a reasonable time after.
You have to remain active to recive payments. Also your info MUST be filled out properly, otherwise you will not be paid
Effective 31/10/09: If the member of silvester-mails.com is a Program Owner whose site has fallen out of terms on their payments, allowed the hosting and/or domain for their site to become suspended or closed their site without paying members will not be paid unless they bring their own site up to terms prior to redeeming any earnings at silvester-mails.com for a payment, advertisement or any other type of reward.
Activity:
You must keep your account active by reading at least one paid advertisement and visiting the advertised website using the paid link every twenty (20) days. Accessing your account without doing so or only clicking banners to visit advertisers websites is not considered being active.
In the event you have been inactive for twenty days (20) or more, your account will be suspended. Once your account is suspended, you have 20 days to request reactivation of your account. Once 40 days of inactivity have passed your account will be terminated. Once an account is terminated it will not be restored. However, if you wish to do so you may sign up again (unless your account was terminated because of fraud).
In case of an emergency you or someone acting for you may send a message to Admin at silvester-mails.com or through our support folder at globalfriendsonline and request your account be put on hold temporarily. You will be asked to provide a valid reason. If you need to use a different computer than your own to contact Admin, take care not to log into your account to avoid accidently using another member's computer which will lead to termination of both your accounts.
You may set your account on vacation for a maximum of 30 days. Any account that has been set on vacation for 30 days will be deleted if it is not activated within 15 days after those 30 days have passed. Activating your account after a vacation and then setting your account on vacation again is not considered being active and will lead to termination of your account, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.
In case of special circumstances which cause you to take a longer holiday than 30 days, you may send a message to Admin at silvester-mails.com or through our support forum at globalfriendsonline link in the menu on the left and request permission for an extended holiday. Permission for an extended holiday is given solely at Admin's discretion and depends on circumstances.
Please note that while your account is set on vacation or otherwise put on hold, you will not be eligible for a percentage of your referrals' earnings.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with
silvester-mails.com
and may result in legal prosecution.
silvester-mails.com
strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming
as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident.

may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.

will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
